RESOLUTION NO o 6162 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ORDERING THE VACATION OF LORRY WAY The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 6135 , adopted on the 20th day of July , 19 71, notice of intention to vacate and close a portion of Lorry Way in the City of Chula Vista was given, and WHEREAS, Tuesday the 10th day of August , 19 71, at 7:00 p.m. , in the Council Chambers of the Clty of Chula Vista were fixed as the time and place for hearing any objections to such clos- ing and vacating, and the Council having heard all interested persons, NOW, "THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain portion of Lorry Way more particularly described x.n Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby vacatedA Presented by Approved as to form by ~_ Lane F. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Chula Vista, California, did on the 20th of July, 1971 adopt Resolution of Intention No. 6135 wherein said Council did elect to proceed under the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941, and declaring its intention to vacate certain street or portions thereof, and fixed 7 P.M., on 8/10/71 , in the Council Chamber, Civic Center, 276 Guava Ave., in said City of Chula Vista, as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the said vacation, to-wit: (SEE ATTACHMENT) For further particulars, reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 6135 on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City.
