N06V, THEF.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Resolution No. 6003 be, and the same is amended t-o authorize the recordation of said agree- ment as heretofore executed by the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista and the representative of the San Diego and Arizona Eastern Railroad Company and the City Clerk be, and she. is hereby authorized and directed to record this resolution and said agreement in the Office of tre County Recorder, County of_ San Diego, State of California. BE IT FURTHEF. RESOLVED that that certain real property, des- cribed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference as if set forth in full, is hereby accepted and. dedicated to the public use for street and highway purposes by the City cf.
