RESOLUTION NO. 5910
RESOLUTION OF THE,CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY_OF CHULA VISTA
APPROVING MAP OF HOLIDAY ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO.6
ACCEPTING ON BEHALF OF THE PUBLIC THE PUBLIC STREETS DEDI-
CATED ON SAID MAP, AND ACCEPTING ON BEHALF OF THE CITY.OF
CHULA VISTA THE EASEMENTS GRANTED ON SAID MAP WITHIN SAID
SUBDIVISION-
The City Council of the City of ChulaVista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED- that the Council of the City
of Chula Vista hereby finds that that certain map surveycentitled
Holiday Estates Subdivision, 'unit No.6
and more particularly described as follows:
See Exhibit "A" Attached.
is made in the manner and form prescribed by law'and.conforms.to the
surrounding surveys; and that said map and subdivision of land shown
thereon is hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Council hereby accepts on
behalf of the public the public streets, ,to-wit: CONNOLEY CIRCLE
AND CONNOLEY AVENUE
and said streets are hereby declared to be public streets and dedicated
to the public use.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Council hereby accepts on
behalf-of. the City of Chula Vista the easements with the right of in-
gress and egress for the construction of sewer, drainage,street tree
planting and public utilities, all as granted and shown on said map
within said subdivision, ,subject to the conditions set forth thereon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to endorse
upon said map the action of said Council; that said Council has
approved said subdivision map, and that said public street~ are ac-
cepted on behalf of the public as-heretofore stated, and that those
certain easements with the right of ingress and egress for the con-
struction and maintenance of sewer and drainage facilities, -street
tree planting, and public utilities as granted thereon and shown on
said map within said subdivision are accepted on behalf of the City
of Chula Vista as hereinabove stated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the: City Clerk be, and:-heis.'
hereby directed to transmit said map to the Clerk of the'Board of
Supervisors of the County of San Diego, California.

Being a subdivision of al~ that portion of Lot 2 of Section 14
and the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township
18 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the
City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego,State of California,
according to.U. S. Government Survey approved February 25, 1870,
described as follows: .
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence North 00020'50"
East along the Easterly line thereof 9.50 feet to the Southeast corner
of Holiday Estates Unit #5, according to Map thereof No. 6441, filed
in the County Recorder's Office, July 29, 1969; thence along the

Subject: PCS-70-4 - Final Map of Holiday Estates Subdivision
Unit No. 6
At the meeting of December 21, 1970, the City Planning Commission
considered the final map of Holiday Estates Subdivision, Unit No.6,
which contains 103 lots (including two park sites) on 14.4 acres.
Since the map is in conformance with the approved tentative map,
the Commission recommends approval subject to the following:
The final map shall not be submitted for Council action
until approval of the final map and improvement plans by
the City Engineer, all fees are paid and all necessary
bonds, agreements, deeds, letters and easements, as
required by the City Engineer, have been delivered to the
City.
