HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1971-6288RESOLUTION N0. 6288 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AND ADOPTING UNIFORM BUILDING VALUA- TIONS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE BOARD OF APPEALS The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore passed Resolution No. 5656 endorsing the principle of uniform standards for building regulations throughout San Diego County, and WHEREAS, the existing building valuations as set forth in Resolution No. 5833 are not uniform with the valuations proposed by the San Diego Area Chapter of the International Conference of Building Officials, and WHEREAS, the Board of Appeals of the City of Chula Vista has recommended that the City Council approve and adopt uniform building valuations as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference as if set forth in full. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby approve and adopt uniform building valuations as recommended by the Board of Appeals and set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference as if set forth in full.
