AND BETTYE E. PETERS AT 176, 182, AND 190 "D" STREET IN SAID CITY The City Council of the City of. Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain lien claimed by said City on the properties owned by J. D. and Bettye E. Peters, located at 176, 182 and 190 "D" Street in said City, as set forth in that certain agreement approved by Resolution No. 5918, adopted on the 19th day of January, 1971, be, and the same is hereby released. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of_ the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record said lien release in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
