RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT 1~ROM ROHR CORPORATION
k'OR A PORTION OF "G" STREET
FOR STREET PURPOSES
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of
easement for street purposes
executed by Rohr Corporation
dated the 16th day of November , 19~=, a copy of which is
attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as
though fully set forth herein beq and the same is hereby accepted by
the City of Chula Vista for street purposes

FOR A VALUAT3Li~, COi•dSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
ackrowlodged, the undersigned do hereby grant to the City of Chula
Vista, in the County of San Diego, State of California, a temporary
easement and right-of-~•a~_iy for street purposes in, upon, over and
across that certain real T~roperty situate in the County of San
Diego, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
Those portions of Quarter Sections 171 and 172 of
Chula Vista according to T~Iap thereof No. 505, filed
in the office of the County Recorder, County of San
Diego, State of California, described as follows:
The North~rl.~ 20 feet of said Quarter Section 171
and the Southerly 20 feet of said Quarter Section
172 EXCEPTING THEP.EFRO~~'I the Easterly 348.19 feet
of Said Quarter Sections 171 and 172.
Together with the right to enter upon and to pass and
repass over and along said easement and right-of-way and to deposit
tools, implements and other materials thereon by said City of Chula
Vista, its officers, agents and employees and by any contractor,
his agents and employees engaged by said City, whenever and wherever
necessary for the purposes above set forth.
It is fully understood and agreed by the parties hereto
that Grantee shall indemnify and hold Grantor harmless against
all claims for damage or suits for loss, including costs and
attorney's fees, arising from injury to any persons or property
or life, caused by or resulting from acts or omissions by .Grantee,
its successors or assigns, arising from the construction, operation
or maintenance of the aforementioned street or in using, operating
or traveling over the land within the hereinabove described Grant
of Easement.
It is further understood and agreed by the parties hereto
that the aforementioned temporary easement for street purposes shall
be in full force and effect only at such times or periods as the
existing temporary access road to the Tidelands area designated as
temporary Tidelands Avenue is impassable or the rights granted
to Grantee far the use of said temporary Tidelands Avenue may be
terminated and that said temporary easement shall be in full force
and effect for said periods for a period~of five (5) years from the
date of the acceptance of said easement by Grantee provided, however,
that said easement shall automatically terminate upon the completion
of that roadway known as the Southerly extension of Tidelands Avenue
to "J" Street which completion shall be of a permanent nature con-
forming to City standards and specifications, said completion shall
take effect on the date of acceptance of the improvements by the
City of Chula Vista whereupon said temporary easement shall be
deemed extinguished.

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowiedg~.~d, the undersigned do hereby grant to the City of Chula
Vista, in the County of San Diego, State of California, a temporary
easement and right-of-~•aay for street purposes in, upon, over and
across that certain real property situate in the County of San
Diego, State of California, more particularly described as follows:

Chula Vita according to Map thereof No. 505, filed
in the af~ice of the County Recorder, County of San
Diego, St~.t~~ of California, described as follows:
The- Northerly 20 feet of said Quarter Section 171
and the Southerly 20 feet of said Quarter Section
