HomeMy WebLinkAbout2011-001 RCC Resolution , , RESOLUTION NO. 2011-001 RESOLUTION OF THE RESOURCE CONSERVATION COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA CHANGING PLACE OF REGULAR MEETINGS WHEREAS, Municipal Code Section 2.25.200(A) establishes the Council Chambers at City Hall as the place for the Resource Conservation Commission to hold its regular meetings; and WHEREAS, Municipal Code Section 2.25.200(A) provides for a change in location upon adoption by the Board/Commission of a written resolution, which adoption shall be recorded in the minutes of the Board/Commission and a copy of which resolution shall be forwarded to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the Board/Commission wishes to change its meeting location to Executive Conference Room 103, City Hall Building 100 WHEREAS, Executive Conference Room 103 is smaller and will create an atmosphere for interaction, problem solving and exchange of ideas; and, WHEREAS, the new location provides a consistent meeting location by avoiding Council . . . Chamber scheduling conflicts; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Resource Conservation Commission of the City of Chula Vista, pursuant to Municipal Code Section 2.25.200(A), does hereby change the location of its regular meetings to Executive Conference Room 103, City Hall Building 100.
