HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1971-6260RESOLUTION NO. 6260 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES IN RANCHO RIGS SUBDIVISION, UNIT N0. 1 FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of real properties, made by grant deed, executed by RANCHO RIOS DEVELOPERS, on the 28th day of October, 1971, more particularly described as one-foot control Lots A through H in Rancho Rios Subdivision, Unit No. 1, a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for street and highway purposes.
