HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1972-6399Form No. 363 RESOLUTION NO, 6399 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA REMIS3NU, RELEASING AND QUITCLAIMING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY I:N SAID CITY TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEED The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: That the City of Chula Vista hereby remises, releases and q~.itclaims that certain property for the right of way for the construction of Route 54 between Interstate 5 and Interstate 805 Freeways, more particularly described in the attached Quitclaim Deed to the State of California. BE IT rURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized to execute said quitclaim deed, a copy of which .is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as thouc3h fully set forth herein. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to return the original signed copy of the Quitclaim Deed, along with a certified copy of the resolution, to the State Division of Highways.
