RESOLUTION NO. 13372
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING GRANTS OF EASEMENT FROM
VARIOUS PROPERTY OWNERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
THE CENTRAL DRAINAGE CHANNEL EAST AND WEST OF
FIFTH AVENUE BETWEEN "F" STREET AND "G" STREET
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista that those certain grants of easement
for the construction of the central drainage channel east and west
of Fifth Avenue between "F" Street and "G" Street
executed by various property owners
copies of which are attached hereto and by this reference made a
part hereof as though fully set forth herein, be and the same are
hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City
o~ Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to
record said easements in the office of the San Diego County
Recorder.

County, March 13, 1888, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of that parcel of land conveyed to
John E. Whittingham and Katherine L. Whittingham, husband and wife as
joint tenants, by the Grant Deed recorded on May ll, 1956, as Book
No. 6095, page 576 of Official Records of said San Diego County;
thence along the Easterly property line North 18~59'21'' West (Per
Record Map ~9696), a distance of 46.80 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence continuing along said Easterly property line North
18°59'21'' West, a distance of 35.07 feet; thence South 39~48'29"
West, a distance of 94.29 feet to a tangent 115 foot radius curve,

original tile could not be matched adequately and therefore, the entire porch
