RESOLUTION vF THE Ci~TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTING,; DED.iCATING AND NAMING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TN
Se-~ID CITY FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES
The C~.ty Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista that those certain grants of real property, made
by grant deeds, executed by DON T. JEFFRIES and BETTY J. JEFFRIES
copies of which are attached hereto and by reference made a part here-
of, the same as though fully set forth here.~n be, and the same are
hereby accepted and dedicated to the public use for street and highway
purposes by the City of Chula Vista.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said real property ~s hereby
officially named BONITA ROAD.
BE IT FiJRTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of_ the City of
Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record
said. grant deeds in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
