Home My WebLink AboutReso 1972-6514Form No. 372 Rev 9-67 RESOLUTION NO. 6514 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF BONITA ROAD The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 6500 adopted on the 27th day of June , 19_x, notice of intention to vacate and close a portion of Bonita Road, in the City of Chula Vista was given, and WHEREAS, Tuesday , the 18th day of Jul 19 72, at 7:00 p.m. , in the Council ..Chambers of the City of Chula Vista were fixed as the time and place for hearing any objections to such clos- ing and vacating, and the Council having heard all interested persons. NOW, "THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain portion of BONITA ROAD, more particularly described in Exhibit "A'" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby vacated.
