Home My WebLink AboutReso 1970-5872RESOLUTION NO. 5872 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR SLOPE RIGHTS ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM HAROLD M. AND BETA T. BENHARDT The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of real property, made by quitclaim deed executed by Harold M. and Reta T. Benhardt dated the 11th day of November, 1970, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that that certain grant of easement for slope rights executed by Harold M. and Reta T. Benhardt dated the 23rd day of November, 1970, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record said documents in the office of the County Recorder, San Diego County, State of California.
