RESOLUTION NO, 5865
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OR THE C1T°Y OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTT:NG, DEDICA"PING AND NAMING. CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN
SAID CITY FOR STREET' AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES
The City Council of the City of Chula "J~sta does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista that that certain grant of real property, made
by grant deed, executed by Southeastern California Association of
Seventh-Day Adventists dated the 12th day of
November _ 19 70, a copy of which is attached hereto and by
reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth here-
in be, and the same is hereby accepted and dedicated to the public use
for street and highway purposes by the City of Chula Vistat
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said real property is hereby
officially named Fourth Avenue
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record
said deed in the office of the County Recorder, San Diego County,
State of California.
