HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1972-6600RESOLUTION NO. 6600 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DEDICATING AND NAMING PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED REAL PROPERTY - A PORTION OF "J" STREET BETWEEN I-5 FREEWAY AND MEAN HIGH TIDE LINE The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: Those certain grants of real property, made by grant deeds, executed by Santa Fe Land Improvement Company, dated the 4th day of May, 1948 and the 17th day of July, 1951, accepted by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista by Resolution Nos. 906 and 1274, be, and the same is hereby dedicated to the public use for street and highway purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said real property, more par- ticularly described in the attached Exhibit "A", is hereby officially named "J" Street. Presented by Approved as to form by 1I ~ ~~/~ Lane F.
