Home My WebLink AboutReso 1972-6570RESOLUTION N0. 6570 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING, DEDICATING AND NAMING FOUR ROAD EASEMENTS WHICH ARE OFFSITE FROM LARKHAVEN CHULA VISTA SUBDIVISION, UNIT N0. 2 IN SAID CITY The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that those certain four road easements which are offsite from Larkhaven Chula Vista Subdivision, Unit No. 2, made by grant deed, executed by American Housing Guild-San Diego, Henry R. Rienstra and Tessie L. Rienstra and William Henry Rienstra, dated the 18th day of August, 1972, a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby accepted and dedicated for the access and maintenance of those portions of East Orange Avenue which are not within the subdivision boundaries, but which are to be con- structed in conjunction with improvements of Larkhaven Chula Vista Subdivision, Unit No. 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements are hereby officially named EAST ORANGE AVENUE. Presented by Approved as to form by ~: Lane F.
