RESOLUTION NO ~ 6565 RESOI;xJTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPT?NG„ DEDICATING AND NAMING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY ~N Si-~ID CITY" E'OR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES The ity Council. of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that those certain grants of real property, made by grant deeds, executed by Raymond & Ruth May, Charles Allen, Loreto & Maria Martinez, Edna R. Thompson, and Sweetwater Union High School District, copies of which are attached hereto and by reference made a part here- of, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby accepted and dedicated to the public use for street and highway purposes by the City of Chula Vista. BE IT F`URT'HER RESOLVED that said real property is hereby officially named HILLTOP DRIVE. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $207.85, be and the same is hereby authorized to be expended from Gas Tax Project #147 funds for the acquisition of small segments of right of way.
