spirit and camaraderie, and to provide an opportunity to accomplish something
positive.

responsibility and respect for the environment
• Is designed to help school children earn community service hours by helping and
cleaning the environment.
• Removal locations can be on public or private property and can range from a single
stricture, or an area of one or multiple blocks. If on private property, the Public
Works Department has to be notified and is responsible for getting approval and
consent from the resident or business.
• It is designed to operate with a minimum of red tape and with minimum supervision
from the Public Worlcs Department.
