HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1970-5843 RESOLUTION N0. 5843 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN SAID CITY FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES AND NAMING SAID PROPERTY EAST ONEIDA STREET AND NOLAN AVENUE The City Council of the City of. Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain grant of real property, made by grant deed, executed by_Nacion Associates dated the 26th day of October, 1970, a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted and dedicated for public purposes by the City of Chula Vista. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said real property is hereby officially named East Oneida Street and Nolan Avenue.
