HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1970-5833 RESOLUTION N0. 5833 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5216 AND APPROVING AND ADOPTING REVISED UNIFORM BUILDING VALUATIONS The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista has heretofore adopted Resolution No. 5216 on the 3rd day of June, 1969 establishing building valuations for the purpose of setting fees, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista has heretofore adopted Resolution No. 5656 on the 26th day of May, 1970 endorsing the principle of uniform standards for building regulations throughout San Diego County, and WHEREAS, said uniform standards relative to the adoption of uniform building valuations are now subject to revision, and WHEREAS, the Board of Appeals and Advisors of the City of Chula Vista has recommended that Resolution No. 5216 has heretofore adopted by the City Council be amended and new building valuations be adopted as set forth in Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth in full. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby amend Resolution No. 5216 and adopt the building valuations as set forth in Exhibit "A".
