HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1970-5808RESOLUTION N0. 5808 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE DEED, COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CORTE MARIA AVENUE AND "E" STREET The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore approved that certain grant deed to A. B. and Demetra Ellington and authorized the Mayor to execute the same, and WHEREAS, the bid form submitted by A. B. and Demetra Ellington dated the 10th day of August, 1970, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full, contains certain conditions and restrictions on the use of said property conveyed to A. B. and Demetra Ellington by the City of Chula Vista. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby autho- rized and directed to record said deed on behalf of A.
