RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO
RECORD THE DEED, COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CORTE
MARIA AVENUE AND "E" STREET
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore approved that
certain grant deed to A. B. and Demetra Ellington and authorized
the Mayor to execute the same, and
WHEREAS, the bid form submitted by A. B. and Demetra
Ellington dated the 10th day of August, 1970, a copy of which is
attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein
by reference as if set forth in full, contains certain conditions
and restrictions on the use of said property conveyed to A. B. and
Demetra Ellington by the City of Chula Vista.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby autho-
rized and directed to record said deed on behalf of A. B. and Demetra
Ellington and said conditions and restrictions as contained in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto.

Sealed proposais completed on this form will be received until 3:00 P.M.
on August 10, 1970, for the sale of said property, at ~rhich time said
proposals will be publicly opened and read.
All bids must be accompanied by a bidder's deposit of 10% of the amount bid.
The. City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to select bids

Subject lot contains au area of 6,727 square feet with a buildable
area of 2,669 square feet, observing all the required setbacks.
There is a 5' setbacl~. along the ncrtherly property line, a 20'
setback along the easterly property line, 2C' along the E Street
frontage, and a 20' setback a.lorg the Corte (aria frontage.
The lot is to be sold with the foilo~aing conditions:
1. The curbing along the E Street frontage will be painted red
to prohibit parking. It -gill also be painted red along Corte Maria
to a point 1S' north of the existing fire hydrant on Corte Maria
Avenue.
2. The garage shall be constructed with access to Corte Maria
