INITIATED BY: BACKGROUND Resolution - Appropriating funds for acquisition of Larkhaven park site City Manager This resolution is to appropriate funds to acquire the Larkhaven park site. This site is a formally approved alternative for one of two specified in the Parks-in-Cities grant OSC-456. Negotiations have been completed with the owners, American Housing Guild, of the abovementioned site, and the agreed upon price is $13,500 per acre, for a total price of $68,580 (5.08 acres), with the City taking care of costs.
