National Senior & Little League, Parkview Senior, Little and Big League, South Bay Senior & Little League,C.V. American Senior & Little League, C.V. Bobby Sox League, North Pony League, South Pony League & C. V. Colt League. INITIATED BY: Director of Parks & Recreation RACKGROIIND: Annually the City of Chula Vista through its Parks and Recreation Department is respon- sible for the procurement of baseball facilities for use by the various leagues within the ca~rmunity. Formal use agreanents have been developed for the first time this year; their purpose is to define the specific responsibilities of the City and each baseball league assisted by the City of Chula Vista. Included in each agreanent is the assigrurient of the practice areas and game sites each league will use during the 1973 playing season. Approval of these a,gre~nents by the leagues indicates acceptance of their assigned facilities. There axe two different types of agreanents that have been developed. 1. Leagues that use only school facilities: Chula Vista Bobby Sox League South Bay Senior and Little League Chula Vista National Senior & Little League 2. Leagues that use city and school facilities: South Pony & Chula Vista Colt League Chula Vista American Senior & Little League North Pony League Parkview Senior, Little & Big League Representatives fran the Parks & Recreation Department have reviewed the agreanents with the respective league presidents, and each has signed his 1973 Use Agreenent.
