[ 9' ] -` CHULA VISTA CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF: July 17, 1973 ITEM TITLE: Resolution Amending Agreement Between City of and San Diego Transit Corporation for FY 72-73 INITIATED BY: City Manager la Vista Due to a technicality, the County Auditor and Controlle has refused payment to San Diego Transit Corporation for se vices rendered the City of Chula Vista during Fiscal 1973. T e problem lies in the fact that although CPO authorized d"sbursement of SB-325 funds, the City's Agreement with San Diego Tr nsit contained a conflict between legal meaning and intent.
