RESOLUTION N0~ 7083 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPT7~NG GRANTS OF EASEMENT' FROM PERISHO ESTATES LTD. FOR SLOPE AND DRAINAGE PURPOSES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that those certain grants of easement for slope and drainage. purposes, executed by PERISHO ESTATES LTD, a limited partnership, dated July 13, 1973, copies of which are attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for slope and drainage purposes. _,, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record the document in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
