HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1973-7041RESOLUTION N0. 7041 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AND ADOPTING UNIFORM BUILDING VALUATIONS The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Resolution No. 5656 endorsing the principle of uniform standards for building regulations throughout San Diego County, and WHEREAS, the existing building valuations as set forth in City Council Resolution No. 6288 are not uniform with the val- uations proposed by the San Diego Area Chapter of the International Conference of Building Officials. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that Resolution No. 6288 be, and the same is hereby rescinded. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby approve and adopt the Schedule of Average Building Valuations, marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full.
