RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA AMENDING THE EP'IERGENCY EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND THE
COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, AND AL7THORIZING THE b4AYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that

First Amendment to San Diego County PEP
Completion Agreement between the County of San Diego, hereinafter
referred to as Program Agent and City of Chula Vista ,
hereinafter referred to as Sub-Grantee.
.WHEREAS, the Sub-Grantee has requested augmentation funding
for necessary and appropriate reasons, :ind;
WHEREAS, the County has funds available to utilize for such
purposes;
NOW THEREFORE
IT IS AGREED as follows:
.The Program Agent shall allocate an additional $ 1,581.00
to the Sub-Grantee and therefore Paragr:~.ph 2, Page 3 of the Con-
tract is amended to read $ 821,110.00 further, the projected
fund ceili.gs are revised, as inuicated on the attached Expendi-
ture and Employment Plan of the Sub-Grantee, reflecting the
aforementioned increase and therefore cansidered amended.
All other provisions of the original agreement remain in
effect.
