ITEM TITLE: Resolution - Accepting Easement for Drainage Facilities

BACKGROUND ~~
The Sweetwater Union High School District Board of Trustees, at their
meeting of November 7, 1974, approved by Resolution No. 1106 the
dedication of an easement for drainage facilities along the southerly
right of way line of East "H" Street, east of Claire and adjacent to
the Hilltop High School property.
The drainage facilities are to be constructed in conjunction with the
construction of East "H" Street from Hilltop Drive to I-805 Freeway.
A transparency is available for Council viewing.
