E. Hazard Contracting Company has completed the asphaltic concrete pavement overlay of Telegraph Canyon Road and Otay Lakes Road in accordance with the terms of the contract dated October 9, 1974. A final inspection was made on November 1, 1974. All work was completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. The Division of Engineering requests the acceptance of the contract work.
