SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA October 25, 2011 3:00 p.m. Council Chambers City Hall -Building 100 276 Fourth Avenue CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL: Councilmembers Aguilar, Bensoussan, Castaneda, Ramirez and Mayor Cox Public Comments during a Special Meeting of the City Council are limited to the subject matter listed on the agenda. If you wish to speak on the item(s) on this agenda, please fill out a "Request to Speak" form (available in the lobby) and submit it to the City Clerk prior to the meeting.
