HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1974-7526RESOLUTIOrI NO. 7526 RESOLUTIOPd OF THE CITY COUPdCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING PUBLIC IPiPROVEIIEZITS - ASPHALT PAVEMENT OVERLAY ON TELEGRAPH CANYON ROAD AND OTAY LAKES ROAD The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: FIHEP.EASF the Division of Engineering of the City of Chula Vista has heretofore been notified that the contract work for the asphaltic concrete pavement overlay of Telegraph Canyon Road and n.i--,.. r .,L.... n,. ..a nas been completed in accordance with that certain contract agreement dated October 9, 1974, by and between the City of Chula Vista and contractor R. E. Hazard Contracting Company, and 6~IHEREA5, on the 1st day of November 1974 , a final inspec- tion was made and all of the public improvements in the project have been completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public []orks and in accordance with the requirements of the City© P70W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that said improvements be, and they are hereby approved and accepted by said City, based upon the recommendations of the Director of Public ~,lorks. -/ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the contractor, R.
