Miller, approved by Resolution No. 6018 on the 6th day of April, 1971, in accordance with Section 29.2.23 of the Chula Vista City Code, for property located at 446-448 Fourth Avenue in the City of Chula Vista, and WHEREAS, one of the conditions of the agreement was that prior to the issuance of a building permit, the property owner must provide a special soils analysis and foundation design, recommending methods to reconstruct the embankment and fill in a manner subject to apps:oval by the City Engineer, and /~' \' ~ WHEREAS, or_ April 13, 1973, the City Engineer issued grading permit #73-6G for the property referred to in the subject agreement for land development in conjunction with the issuance of a building permit for the Chula Vista Medical Center owned by Chula Vista Group Properties, an3 WHEREAS, grading work on the site has beer. completed in accordance with the conditions of the agreement, approved grading plan, and conditions of the grading permit, and WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 6018 which was recorded in the office of thA San Diego County Recorder as Recorder's File No. 72511, on April 13, 1971 may now be released. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain Resolution No. 6018 and uncon- trolled embankment agreement attached thereto recorded in the office of the San Diego County Recorder as Recorder's File No. 72511 on April 13, 1971, be, and the same is hereby ordered to be released. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the San Diego County Recorder for recordation.
