X584 RESOLUTIOf7 OF THE CITY COUPJCIL OF THE CITY OF CIIULA VISTA ACCEPTING PUBLIC IP'IPROVEI1EtJTS - CONSTRUCTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS ALONG BAY BOULEVARD BETWEEN PALOMAR STREET AND "L" STREET The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: P]HEP.EASE the Division of Engineering of the City of Chula Vista has heretofore been notified that the contract work for the construction of street im rovements alon Ba Boulevard between Pa omar Street and L Street has been completed in accordance with that certain contract agreement dated May 1 1974, by and between the City of Chula vista and contractors Wilco General Engineering Company, and [~7HEREA5, on the 25th day of October 1974 , a final inspec- tion was made and all of the public improvements in the project have been completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public [-7orks and in accordance with the requirements of the Citym P10[4, THEREFORE] BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that said improvements be, and they are hereby approved and accepted by said City, based upon the recommendations of the Director of Public [°7orks. BE IT FURTHEP. RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the contractor, Wilco General Engineering Company.
