GIRARD FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWER FROM "D" STREET TO THE SPRING VALLEY TRUNK SEWER ALONG THE EXTENSION OF FIRST AVENUE The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that those certain grants of easement for the construction of a sewer executed by Robert H. Werden, Nancy L. Amitin and Lawrence A. Girard, copies of which are attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for the construc- tion of a sewer from "D" Street to the Spring Valley Trunk Sewer, along the extension of First Avenue.
