DD-14013-01-01 FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain Director's Deed from the State of California, Department of Transportation, dated the 25th day of February, 1975, for State excess parcel at the northwest corner of East "H" Street and I-805 Freeway, a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted for public purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record said Director's Deed in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
