THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the City f Chula Vista, a municipal corporation, hereinafter ca]_led "City", • Littler Senior L ereinafter called "League." , a yout.l~ athletic league, an d WHEREAS, the League a non-profit corporation, proposes to render dvantageous and desirable services by and through its extensive baseball nd character building programs for boys or girls living in and adjacent to the City; and WIiEREAS, it is th.e desire of the City to aid and assist sa eague in the furtherance of its said program, the same being consistent ith the City's recreation programs. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES AS FOLLOWS: I. TERM: The term of this agreement shall be for or.e year from II. CONDITIONS: The City shall: A. Schedul be done to insure that all leagues will receive equal ment on the assignment of fields. D. Provide grounds mainte~zance on a year-round basis on will treat- pity property, with the scheduling and type of maintenar~ce'~ to be C) determined by t.lac Chula Vista Parks and Recreation Department. Any changes in assigned schedules will require wri ten approval from the Director of Parks and Recreation or a designated representative. 5. F. Provide for cleanup of all litter at the end of each d y's activities, and place litter in the dumpsters or other receptacles provided by the City or District. G.~ Provide for the training of all personnel in its progr m, for equipping all League teams, and for supervising al activities related to practice or games. H. Provide representatives to meet with City representatives periodically as deemed necessary by the City, to revi assignments or specif is problems related to the use of City or District facilities. I. The terms and conditions. set out herein shall not be modified without the consent of both parties and this agreement shall continue in full force and effect unti terminated by either participating party.
