C. i.:°~: !i37 Chula Vista, California 9201? 662 RES0LUTION N0. 8004 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE-CITY OF CHULA VISTA DETERMINING THE AMOtJNT OF P40NEY tJHICH SHOULD '3E ASSES~EL'• ?`~GAii1Ji' CEF<TIi1N Ytii~CELS GF PROPERTY AT 509 AND 511 HILLTOP DRIVE BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN SEWER INSTALLATIONS The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City of Chula Vista has participated in the construction of 70' of sewer in the S00 block of Hilltop Drive ex- pending the sum of $1,367.88 from the Sewer Income Fund, and ~•IHEREAS, pursuant to Section 13.16.170 of the Chula Vista Municipal Code, the City Engineer has filed his recommendations for assessment and reimbursement to the City Council, in writing with the City Clerk, setting forth therein the parcels which he has deter- mined have benefited from the construction of said sewer facility, and has set forth his recommendations as to the proportion of bene- fit received, ~•ahich sum of money should be paid to the City of Chula Vista prior to any sewer connection being made to any sewer facility of the City, to serve said parcel, and ~~'HEREP.S, said recommendations, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full, are hereby recommended to the City Council with the additional caveat that any connection to the sewer must be preceded by a request to annex to the City or execution of an agreement by the property owner that he will annex to the City within one year after the sewer con- nection has been made. NOW, `T'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that the recommendations of the+Director of Public Works as shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto, be, and the same are hereby adopted by the City Council and said amounts will be assessed acTair_st parcels connecting to the sewer facility des- cribed therein.
