Home My WebLink AboutReso 1975-7997RESOLUTION N0. 7997 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AGREED'IErdT AND GRANT OF EASEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR NORTH GLOVER AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NO~ta, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain agreement and grant of easement between THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal corporation, and THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, for North Glover Avenue, dated the 23rd day of December 19 75 a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement and grant of easement for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby authorize the expenditure in the amount of $14,000 from Account No. 28-6100-GT-32, payable to the State of California, Department of General Services for Parcels 1, 2 and 3, as described in Exhibit "A". The State does grant unto Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, an easement for street purposes over and across the following: as shown on the attached Exhibit "A" consisting of two (2) pages.
