Home My WebLink AboutReso 1988-13534 (b) RESOLUTION NO. 13534 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING CERTAIN GRANTS OF EASEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STREET PURPOSES, DEDICATING SAID STREETS TO PUBLIC USE AND OFFICIALLY NAMING SAID STREETS "EAST NAPLES STREET" AND "EAST NAPLES COURT" The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that those certain grants of real property, made by Corporation Grant Deeds, executed by Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks ~2011 and The Sweetwater Union High School District, a copy of which are attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby accepted and dedicted to the public use for street purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said streets are officially named "EAST NAPLES STREET" and "EAST NAPLES COURT". BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record said Grant Deeds in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
