These underground duct lines will terminate at their new electronic switching facility on Telegraph Canyon Road adjacent to Southwestern College. A portion of Oleander Avenue adjacent to Greg Rogers Park has not been con- structed. The future right of way within this area for Oleander Avenue has been reserved by the City, who is the fee owner. PT&T Co. has requested that the City grant them a temporary easement for their facilities within the future right of way of Oleander Avenue until such time that Oleander Avenue is constructed and named and dedicated by the City Council. The easement will become null and void at the time City Council dedicates and names Oleander Avenue. The Engineering staff recommends that the City Council grant this easement. PT&T Company will be constructing their facility such that there will be no future conflict with the City's planned facilities for Oleander Avenue.
