COUNCIL AGENDA STATEMENT FOR MEETING OF: 2-24-76 ITEM TITLE: Resolution #$069: Waiving Specific Requirements of the Municipal Code for Swimming Pool Fencing - 279 Coralwood Court SUBMITTED BY~ ITEM EXPLANATION: Director of Building and Housing On February 11, 1976, the Board of Appeals and Advisors approved a waiver on a portion of the fencing requirements for swimming pool enclosures based on the following facts: 1. The lot at 279 Coralwood Court has an elevation of 8 feet above the adjacent property to the east. 2. There is an existing 4 foot high wood fence on the east property line. 3.
