HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Statement 1976/01/20 Item 09EY 032 CITY OF CHULA VISTA COUNCIL AGENDA STATEMENT ITEM N0. 9 FOR MEETING OF: 1/20/76 ITEM TITLE: Resolution - Summary Vacation of Drainage Easement on Lot 116 #8026 of Rancho Robinhood Subdivision Unit No. 1 i Director of Public Works/City Engineer ~ SUBMITTED BY~ lf~ J ITEM EXPLANATION Robinhood Homes, Inc., the developer of Rancho Robinhood Subdivision, submitted on May 2, 1975 a petition and the required fees to vacate a 10' wide by 70' long drainage easement which lies within Lot 116 of Rancho Robinhood Subdivision Unit #1, Map #7799. The drainage easement was dedicated on the final map for Rancho Robinhood Unit #1 and accepted by the City Council when they approved the final map on November 13, 1973 by Resolution #7081. The City Council will take action on a resolution at this meeting approving the final map for Rancho Robinhood Unit #2. Unit #2 is a subdivision of Lot 116 of Unit #l. The storm drain is being relocated within the street right of way, which negates the need for the drainage easement which was dedicated on the final map of Rancho Robinhood Sub- division Unit #1, Map #7799. A transparency is available for Council viewing.
