HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Statement 1975/10/14 Item 11• CITY OF CHULA VISTA ITEM NO.~ 11 COUNCIL AGENDA STATEMENT FOR MEETING OF: 10/14/75 ITEM TITLE: Resolution #7925 -Approving Agreement for Cooperative Topographic Project between the County of San Diego and the City of Chula Vist SUBMITTED BY~ Director of Public Works/City Engineer +• `~ ITEM EXPLANATION: The proposed agreement calls for the County to provide the City with re- producible transparent sheets of 2 existing and 8 new map units in and/or around the City of Chula Vista. Each map unit consists of three types of reproducible sheets which are described as follows: 1. Orthophoto base - A photograph of the area. 2. Contour overlay - A map showing lines of equal elevation at specified intervals. In this case it will be at 5 foot intervals. 3. Orthophoto composite - A map combining the orthophoto base, the contour overlay, and street name identification, all on one map. The City will pay the total cost for preparing a reproducible duplicate of said 2 existing map units and 500 of the cost of preparing the 8 proposed map units. The City's total cost is $6200, which is due and payable to the County prior to July 30, 1976.
