UNIT 3 WEST
The C~.ty ~ouncil of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resole as fo~~ows:
WHEREAS, the Divls~on of Engineering or the Clty of Chula
Vista has hereto:tore received notification that the public impro~.=e-
ments in that certain subdivision known and designated as
EL RANCHO DEL REY UNIT 3 WEST
hay~e been completed rn accordance wi*_h that oerta~n ~m.prU~remer.t
agreement dated rhe~~ ~~ day of March-~~~ ~ -~ g 75 ~ by
and between THE CT'TY OE' CHULA VISTA and SubdivderE ElEl Ranc~io del
Rey Corporation, and
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of March 1976
a final inspection of said public improvements waswas made~by the Div-
is~on of Engineering and said improvements were found to have been
made in accordance w~.th the plans and specifications approved by the
Director of Public Works and were therefore acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFOREf BE IT RESOLVED by the C~.ty Council of the
City of Chula Vista that said public improvements be, and they are
hereby approved and accepted by said City, based upon the recommenda-
t~ons o~ the Director of Public Works_
BE IT r`U~THER RESOLVED that the City Clerk beF and he is
hereby directed fia forward a certifLed copy of this resolution to
Subdt~=.lder, El Rancho del Rey Corporation.
