Home My WebLink AboutReso 1976-8089RESOLUTION N0. 8089 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ORDERING THE VACATION OF TOYON LANE, EAST OF CORTE MARIA AVENUE The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 8056 adopted on the 17th day of February , 1976 , notice of intention to vacate and close portions o Toyon Lane, east of Corte Maria Avenue in the City of Chula Vista was given, and WHEREAS, Tuesday , the 9th day of March , 1976 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Chula Vista were fixed as the time and place for hearing any objections to such clos- ing and vacating, and the Council having heard all interested persons. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain portion of Toyon Lane, east of Corte Maria more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby vacated.
