City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, that certain real property known and designated as the East "H" Street/I-805 Annexation and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated her~;in by reference thereto, has heretofore been included within the. City of Chula Vista by reason of its annexation to said Cityo NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that said zeal property, and the whole thereof, is hexe- by declared withdrawn from the San Diego Flood Control Area #III effective the 27 day of January , 1976 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said City be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to file certified copies of this resolution with the State Board of Equalization, the Registrar of Voters of San Diego County, the County Assessor of San Diego. County and the governing body of the San Diego Flood Control Area #III. Presented by nnie M.
