HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1987-13291 *** RESCINDED BY RESOLUTION #13327 *** RESOLUTION NO-13291 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AND GRANTING EASEMENT TO HILLTOP-MAIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HILLTOP AND MAIN STREET AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID GRANT OF EASEMENT The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: That the City of Chula Vista does hereby grant certain easement to HILLTOP-MAIN, owners Of the property at the northeast corner of Hilltop and Main Street for a retaining wall a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized to execute same for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista. The above facilities will be installed at such locations and elevations upon, along, over and under the hereinafter described easement as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient or necessary.
