ITEM TITLE: Resolution - Acceptance of Contract Work: Renovation of
Shuffleboard Courts at Memorial Park

BACKGROUND:

The contract work for the renovation of the shuffleboard courts at
Memorial Park has been completed by the contractor, T. B. Penick and
Sons in accordance with the contract agreement dated February 7, 1975.
A final inspection was made on April 23, 1975, and the public
improvements have been completed to the satisfaction of the Director
of Public Works and the Director of Parks & Recreation and conforms
with the requirements of the City.
