(li ] CHULA VISTA CITY COUNCIL MEETING OP: May 6, 1975 ITEM TITLE: R[SOLUTION - Authorizing the expenditure of funds for remodeling Fire Administration Conference Room for use by Community Development Department INITIATED BY: Community Development Director BACKGROUND: At its meeting of April 15, 1975, Council authorized the expenditure of funds in the amount of $1,500 for remodeling of the Fire Administration Conference Room to accommodate the Community Development Department. A Resolution authorizing funds in this amount is needed prior to payment of costs associated with this remodeling. $ 761.00 Materials estimate provided by Director of Building and Housing $ 200.00 Modification to Fire Chief's storage and clerical space 400.00 Telephone installation $1,361.00 TOTAL As reported previously, funds for the space conversion are available in account 67-7001-CC-1-74.
