HELM AND MARY H. HANSEN FOR SLOPE RIGHTS AND MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION SYSTEM The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE ST RESOLVED that that certain grant of easement for slope rights & maintenance of landscaping and irrigation system executed by John E, Helm Richard H, Helm and Mar H. Hansen dated the 4th day of June 1976 a copy o which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set. forth. herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula V~.sta for slope rights and maintenance of land- scaping and irrigation system. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record the document in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
